Returns, Refunds, & Shipping
All jewelry, sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund. (No Exceptions). Eligible items such as Men’s and Women’s tops and shoes may be returned for exchange but No refund ( No Exceptions). Returns must be shipped within 10 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached. A store credit will be issued to customer once items have been inspected for damages. The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
All orders will be processed and shipped between 24-48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have shipped your order, you will be given a tracking number. Please be sure to work with UPS to locate and track your orders. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING, STOLEN, LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We ship via UPS - DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Shipping rate is calculated based on the total weight of a customer’s order. Weight of order will be calculated upon adding items to cart. Rates are as follows:
New Era of Style, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 10 day return policy period or is a final sale item. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses when making purchases. New Era of Style, LLC is not responsible for undelivered/lost UPS packages, UPS packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by customers or undelivered packages sent to addresses that are flagged as unconfirmed USPS mailing addresses provided by customers. Refunds for items that are lost or undelivered must be requested by contacting UPS once items are shipped from our store, the courier is responsible for delivering the package.
